We are looking for a skilled Mainframe Developer with solid Banking domain knowledge to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in COBOL-based mainframe applications,
. Develop, maintain, and enhance mainframe applications in a banking environment.
. Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
. Perform coding, testing, debugging, and implementation of COBOL programs.
. Work with DB2 databases for queries, data processing, and optimization.
. Develop and maintain batch processing using JCL and scheduling tools.
. Troubleshoot production issues and ensure timely resolution.

Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and other technology teams.
. Participate in code reviews, system integration testing, and release deployments.
. Ensure adherence to banking regulatory and security standards
Nice to Have
Experience in Mainframe Modernization initiatives (replatforming, refactoring, API enablement, etc.)
Knowledge of Mainframe XML processing
Exposure to integration with distributed systems or cloud environments
Must-Have Skills:
