What you’ll do:
- Strategy & insights: support the development of relationship marketing and event strategies by analysing data, event analytics, and attendee feedback to surface client insights. Contribute ideas to client engagement plans that drive measurable business outcomes, with guidance from senior team members.
- Event delivery & execution: take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of events, including conferences, virtual / hybrid events, workshops, boardroom dinners and sponsorship activations. Manage venue sourcing and negotiation, supplier coordination, onsite delivery, and risk / contingency planning.
- Project & budget management: Track project milestones, resourcing, and budgets across multiple concurrent events. Negotiate with vendors to secure quality outcomes and cost efficiencies, escalating commercial decisions as appropriate.
