We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of HR Executive in Trichy, Tamil Nadu . Our client is a reputed organization in the Consulting / Human Resources sector seeking skilled and motivated HR professionals. Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment activities.
Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication.
Handle employee onboarding and documentation.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Support payroll inputs and statutory compliance.
Assist in employee engagement and performance management initiatives.
Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning.

Required Skills

Talent Acquisition – Experience in sourcing and hiring candidates.




HR Operations – Knowledge of daily HR administration.
Employee Relations – Ability to maintain positive workplace relationships.
Payroll Coordination – Exposure to payroll support and statutory processes.
Communication Skills – Solid verbal and written communication.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of HRMS software.
Familiarity with labour laws.
Advanced MS Excel skills.

Work Experience Requirements

Minimum 4 years of HR experience in recruitment and HR operations. Experience in handling employee lifecycle activities within a consulting or corporate environment is preferred.

Education

Minimum: Bachelor's Degree (Typical: BBA, , MBA HR or equivalent)
Preferred: MBA (HR)
Additional Certifications: HR Certification (Preferred)
