Your Mission
Your mission is to elevate the IT Infrastructure and support function from a cost center to a
strategic pillar of our organization. You will build and lead a team that doesn't just respond to
issues but proactively anticipates business needs. You will be the force behind a world-class
technology environment that empowers every employee to do their best work, drives innovation,
and secures our position as a leader in the FinTech space.
Key Areas of Accountability
1. Strategic Technology Leadership
● IT Strategy & Alignment: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute a




forward-looking IT strategy that anticipates business needs and aligns directly with
organizational goals.
● Innovation & Future Vision: Stay on the cutting edge of emerging technologies and
industry trends to drive innovation and identify new opportunities for growth and
efficiency.
● Vendor Partnership: Transform vendor relationships into strategic partnerships, ensuring
services not only meet but exceed our organizational needs and defined contractual
obligations.
● Leadership Representation: Publish IT metrics and represent the IT function in
leadership and related IT committees
2. Visionary People Leadership
● Team Building & Mentorship: Lead and mentor the IT team, fostering a culture of
ownership, curiosity, and relentless improvement.
