About the Role

You will be responsible for managing and growing the organization's strategic partnership with Databricks, driving joint business initiatives, partner-led revenue, go-to-market programs and executive engagement.

As the primary owner of the Databricks alliance, you will work closely with Databricks Partner Managers, Sales, Solution Architects and Leadership teams while collaborating internally with Sales, Delivery, Marketing and Leadership teams to accelerate business growth.

This is a high-visibility, client-facing strategic role requiring solid relationship management, commercial acumen and the ability to build long-term partnerships that translate into measurable business outcomes.

The ideal candidate should bring a strong ownership mindset, excellent communication skills and experience managing strategic technology partnerships within the Data & AI ecosystem.

Essential Skills & Experience

● MBA from a reputed Business School.

● 3–6 years of experience in Strategic Partnerships, Alliance Management or Partner Success.

● Hands-on experience in partnership management with hyperscalers and/or enterprise data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud (GCP), or similar technology ecosystems is mandatory.
