Purpose of the role
To deliver seamless end-to-end customer experience by managing bookings, coordination, and customer interactions within the Maersk environment, ensuring accurate execution of services, effective issue resolution, and high customer satisfaction throughout the shipment lifecycle.

You will be Responsible for:




Manage customer interactions across channels including handling queries, cases, and service requests
Create and manage bookings, ensure accurate rate checks, billing, and documentation
Coordinate transportation arrangements and support end-to-end shipment execution
Drive customer onboarding, relationship management, and service excellence
Handle contract-related activities and resolve disputes in a timely manner
Ensure transparent and professional communication with customers and stakeholders
Support administrative and operational tasks to enable smooth day-to-day processes
Follow standardized processes while exercising judgment to resolve routine issues and escalate complex cases when required
Qualifications
Graduate of any bachelor's degree.
Fluent in English with good communication skills.
