Key Responsibilities
Software Implementation
- Handle end-to-end implementation of Buildesk ERP/CRM solutions for real estate clients.
- Understand customer business processes and map them to Buildesk workflows.
- Configure modules, user roles, permissions, and system settings based on client requirements.
- Coordinate implementation timelines and ensure successful project delivery.
Requirement Gathering
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions with customers.
- Prepare implementation documents, process flows, and functional requirement documents (FRDs) wherever required.
- Identify gaps and recommend best practices aligned with Buildesk functionalities.
Customer Onboarding & Training
- Conduct online and onsite product demonstrations.
- Train client teams, including Sales, CRM, Accounts, Collections, and Management users.
- Ensure successful user adoption through structured onboarding and knowledge transfer.
Customer Support
- Provide post-implementation support through calls, emails, remote sessions, and ticketing systems.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Coordinate with the Product and Technical teams for bug resolution and feature enhancements.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through proactive communication and follow-ups.
Project Coordination
- Monitor project milestones and implementation progress.
- Maintain implementation documentation and status reports.
- Ensure timely completion of deliverables while meeting quality standards.
