Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Trainer US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) to deliver impactful training programs for new hires and existing employees. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in US Healthcare processes, training delivery, employee development, and performance improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training programs for current hires and existing employees based on business requirements.
- Deliver engaging classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions.
- Develop and enhance training materials, SOPs, job aids, presentations, and learning content.
- Collaborate with operations teams and stakeholders to identify training needs and learning objectives.
- Monitor trainee progress and drive performance improvement initiatives.
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, certifications,



and knowledge checks.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and continuous support to employees.
- Maintain training records, attendance reports, assessments, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with organizational and client-specific training requirements.
- Prepare trainee performance reports and share feedback with management.
- Manage multiple training assignments while meeting quality and delivery expectations.

Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) .
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, or Process Training .
- Strong knowledge of:
- Medical Billing
- Claims Processing
- Denial Management
- Payment Posting
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
- Exposure to MVA Claims Processing is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
