Business Development Executive – Residential Apartments (Roles & Responsibilities)
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in residential apartment communities.
- Meet Apartment Associations (AOA/RWA), Builders, Property Managers, and Management Committees to promote Facility Management Services.
- Generate leads through networking, references, site visits, and cold calling.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and service demonstrations.
- Understand client requirements and prepare customized proposals and commercial quotations.
- Negotiate contracts and close new business deals.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients for long-term business growth.
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth project transition after deal closure.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and submit regular MIS and activity reports.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
- Follow up on enquiries, proposals, and contract renewals to maximize revenue.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking meetings to expand business opportunities.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely communication and professional service.
