Role Summary & Role Description:
Chief Commercial Office Tech is part of GlobalTechnologySolutionsat State Street. We are looking forITPMOand Business SupportLeadtoplan andtrackonhigh prioritycritical projects. The role requiresgoodunderstanding of program management,Contracts Managements,Financial Management,Resource Managementincludingprofessional services/contractors. Therole will coordinate withBusiness and IT stakeholders as well as external vendorsacrossvarious global locations.
As PMO& Business SupportLead(India)you willbe responsible for:
Developing andmaintainingroadmaps and project plans with milestones, dependencies and releases of complex multi-phase, multi-region critical programs/projects
Facilitatingand integratingdependent upstream and downstream tasks and activities related to project delivery
Supportingandmaintainingprogram/project level governance control procedures, such as resourceutilization, change control and financials
Identifyingdeliveryrisksand issuesandfacilitatingresolution, in collaboration with delivery team




Tracking & analyzing financialsbudgets,allocationsand forecaststhroughoutplanning and executioncycles
Ensuringproject artifacts are audit ready and compliant with SDLC policies/proceduresand other applicable requirements
Collaborating with global PMO teams in USAtosynchup on overall CDO portfolio for budgets and tracking
ProactiveCommunications(presentations)withprogramsponsors,IT and Business sponsor and delivery teamsand other stakeholdersconcerning theprogramstatusand progress
Managingand coachingjunior team members; this could also include direct management of some staff members.
Creating visibility and communicationsregardingoverallCDOinitiatives,accomplishments, Talent Spotlights in various forumsinclSharePoint, Newsletter and Townhalls
Core/Must have skills:
12+years of overall experience and minimum of5years ofProgramManagement experience Solid experience inSharePoint, Clarity,Beeline,JIRA, MS Project, MSPowerPointand othe
