Summary:

The Rental Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and market expansion by achieving rental sales targets, acquiring new customers, and contributing to the evolution of the rental model. This position requires a proactive, results-driven qualified who excels in identifying scalable opportunities, building strategic customer relationships, and delivering tailored solutions.
The incumbent will be responsible for leading end-to-end rental deals—from initial outreach and proposal development to negotiation and closure—while ensuring seamless coordination with internal teams. Success in this role directly impacts customer satisfaction, market penetration, and long-term business sustainability.

Responsibilities:
- Achieve rental revenue targets with a focus on large-scale and long-term contracts.
- Conduct customer visits and application assessments to identify high-potential, scalable rental opportunities.
- Develop and present customized technical-commercial proposals aligned with customer needs.
- Maintain a robust,

- Lead negotiations, resolve objections, and drive timely deal closures.
- Coordinate with depot and execution teams to ensure asset readiness and on-time delivery.

- Identify new customers, projects, and emerging growth sectors within target markets.
- Execute displacement strategies to win back competitor-held accounts.
- Lead customer pitches, product demonstrations, and site evaluations to build trust and drive conversions.
