Field Recruitment Executive – Roles & Responsibilities
- Source candidates for apartment facility management positions through field recruitment, job portals, referrals, and local networks.
- Conduct walk-in drives, job fairs, and field hiring campaigns.
- Screen candidates and schedule interviews with the hiring manager.
- Coordinate and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions such as Housekeeping, Security, Technical Staff, Helpdesk, and Supervisors.
- Collect and verify candidate documents before onboarding.
- Coordinate offer letter issuance and joining formalities.
- Track candidate joining and reduce no-show/dropout cases.
- Build and maintain a database of local candidates for future requirements.
- Coordinate with Operations and HR teams to understand manpower requirements.
- Prepare daily and weekly recruitment status reports.
- Ensure recruitment targets and hiring timelines are achieved.
