1.Experience in Tech + Media
Experience in advisory in the TMT domain, licensing of technology and content, SaaS agreements, content licensing, acquisition of content rights, production of original content, advertising and branding deals.
Key Skills
1. Exhibit robust practice skills including (a) oral and written advocacy; (b) contract drafting; (c) analysing and communicating technical matters
2. Efficiently manage timelines of assignments and are a multi-tasker able to handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
3. Solution-oriented approach with proven ability to close transactions independently with minimal supervision.
4. Outstanding communication skills - both written and verbal - with a proven ability to communicate to all "clients" (internal and external).
5. Good understanding on a wide range of legal subjects, ability to build on this knowledge, spot issues and bring in specialists as needed.
