Qualification: Students pursuing B / BBA / BCA / MBA or any Under Graduate / Post Graduate programme
Experience: Fresher / Student (no prior work experience required)

Job Location : Bengaluru (on-site; occasional accompanied field visits)
Language: English is mandatory. Kannada or other regional languages are a plus.
Responsibilities:

● Research and build lists of target colleges (B/BBA/BCA/MBA programs) and companies across BFSI, consulting, tech, and manufacturing.

● Identify and map decision-makers, including Principals, HODs, Training & Placement Officers, and HR/L&D; contacts.

● Score prospects on intake size, placement activity,



and training gaps using the company's qualification framework.

● Support first-contact outreach via email and LinkedIn under BDE guidance, following approved templates and SLAs.

● Help schedule discovery meetings and manage follow-up calendars.

● Join discovery meetings with BDEs as an observer and note-taker.

● Log leads, contacts, and activity updates in the CRM (HubSpot) and B2B Tracker the same day.

● Prepare inputs for the weekly Monday pipeline update and assist with proposal formatting from approved templates.

Right Fit:

● Currently pursuing B, BBA, BCA, MBA, or any degree, with a serious interest in sales, marketing, or business roles.

● Strong spoken and written English; Kannada or other regional languages are a plus.

● Organised, reliable, and comfortable with structured, repeatable work such as research, outreach, and same-day logging.

● Able to commit to the full 3-month minimum
