The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing creative designs for a wide array of media to fit the needs of internal teams and external clients. You will oversee the design's production to ensure the designs are completed in a timely manner. You will also use your knowledge of design software to accomplish these responsibilities.
1 - 3 years of design, creative & conceptualizing experience in a social media marketing / creative agency
~ Expert in creating social media creatives, marketing banners, posters, social media ads, website pages, branding, etc.
~ High-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects
~ Ability to work simultaneously on multiple brands
~ Experience in AI image and video generation tools
~ Solid communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills

Oversee design and production of all online and offline marketing material
Conceptualize and execute the creative design strategy behind campaigns / pitches
Design and produce a wide array of media
Develop our company brand to increase brand presence




Should be able to conceptualize and ideate and come up with creative design solutions.
Good understanding of designing User Interfaces and web templates
Understanding of and experience in corporate branding, layout, colour theory and typography in digital media.
Should be well aware of advantages and disadvantages of designing for web
Adherence to timely delivery & quality standards of given tasks / Project works.
Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets
Create compelling and effective logos, designs, print and digital media
Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Design
~2 - 4 years' of creative design experience
~ Experience using design software such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator
~ Strong typography and photoshop skills
