Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Client Relationship Manager in India to support and grow strategic relationships with US healthcare facilities through Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and direct to healthcare facilities including hospitals and clinics in the US.
This role is responsible for managing client relationships at the highest level (including Program Managers, Executive Level and other key decision makers) ensuring service delivery excellence, implementing strategies to ensure consistent high performance, coordinating with MSP programs, improving fill rates, and strengthening partnerships with healthcare organizations including hospitals, health systems, and healthcare networks.This is more of a strategic role focused on building relationships with clients, expanding our business and ensuring we are consistently one of the highest performing suppliers.
Manage key client relationships with healthcare facilities and MSP program stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare staffing accounts, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Partner with internal recruiting, delivery, operations, and compliance teams to ensure we are executing on our account plans.
• Identify opportunities to expand account penetration and increase staffing volume.
• Analyze performance metrics and create regular account updates and business reviews.
5+ years of experience in US healthcare staffing, client services, account management, or MSP operations with experience developing relationships with Program Managers, Executives and other key decision makers
• Strong understanding of MSP/VMS staffing models and vendor management processes.
• Robust communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience supporting US healthcare staffing accounts from an India-based delivery organization.
• Knowledge of healthcare staffing categories including nursing, allied health, and clinical roles.
• Experience conducting client meetings, performance reviews, and operational reporting.
