Job Title: Junior Video Editor

Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Video Editor to join our content team and create engaging, high-quality video content for digital-first brands. This role involves editing content across multiple formats for social media, digital campaigns, and branded communications while collaborating closely with creative, content, and production teams to deliver compelling visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

- Edit high-quality videos for social media platforms, digital campaigns, advertisements, and branded content while maintaining brand consistency.
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and creative teams to understand project briefs and translate concepts into engaging visual stories.
- Organize, manage, and edit raw footage, ensuring smooth transitions, pacing, audio quality, and visual consistency.
- Add graphics, animations, subtitles, motion elements, sound effects, and music to enhance viewer engagement.
- Adapt video content into platform-specific formats for Instagram Reels, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
- Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and quality standards before delivery.
- Manage multiple editing projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Stay updated with editing techniques, platform trends, content formats, and emerging creative tools to continuously improve output.




- Coordinate with production teams to ensure seamless post-production workflows and timely project completion.
- Maintain organised project files and media libraries for efficient collaboration and future use.

Preferred Skills:

- 1–3 years of experience in video editing, post-production, or a related creative role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing software.
- Basic understanding of motion graphics, colour correction, sound design, and video optimization for digital platforms.
- Solid understanding of social media content formats and platform-specific editing styles.
- Creative storytelling skills with a strong eye for pacing, composition, and visual aesthetics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
- Good communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Experience in a digital marketing agency, creative agency, or content production environment is preferred.
