If you're obsessed with creating videos, have exceptional attention to detail, and want to learn, explore and experiment with creating videos for multiple brands, concepts, stories, products and more, we have 2 openings for you at The Hype Capital ™ ️ What would your core job responsibility be? ▶ Edit and assemble raw footage into cohesive, visually appealing videos ▶ High understanding of social media and how to visually add features in the video that look engaging ▶ Collaborate with the rest of the team to ensure that videos meet the desired creative vision and goals ▶ Maintain brand consistency for all clients ▶ Liaise with the marketing team to ensure deadlines are met ▶ Stay up-to-date with video trends ▶ Deliver high-quality agile edits ▶ Learn new techniques and implement them in client content regularly ▶ Edit 4 to 6 short-form videos a day Who would be a good fit? ▶ Someone who loves editing videos. It should be difficult for someone to save you from editing. ▶ Someone who is street smart and knows how to get out of most tricky situations ▶ Someone with an impeccable attention to detail ▶ Someone wants to learn, grow and create magic with videos ▶ Has an exceptional hold and speed on all major editing software ▶ You've previously worked at an agency or have done freelancing gigs where you've rolled out 5 to 6 short reels/day consistently Don't apply if any of these things describe you: ▶ You need spoonfeeding (You don't need to be told what needs to be done and have critical thinking)



▶ You're not driven(Doesn't have to be driven to the job, but it has to be something in life) ▶ You are not punctual (Delaying things shouldn't be your personality) ▶ You can't learn from your mistakes( Make mistakes, but not the same ones) ▶ You have a fixed mindset ( We don't want to hear 'it cannot be done', we want to hear 'it can be done, and we need XYZ to execute it') ▶ You are slow and need to work in isolation to get outputs. ▶ You believe in time-bound work(you believe in having fixed hours/days and are not comfortable working on weekends) They should have at least 1 year of experience and some samples to showcase their skills!
