We place an incredible amount of importance on overall AMYRA experience, which extends well beyond the products - our interaction over call, email, whatsapp or in-person. Given this incredibly key role, we are looking for someone who will take complete ownership of:
- Managing pre-sales conversations over email/whatsapp/call with clients and helping with order placements
- Managing post-sale conversations with clients to resolve any issues that they may have
- Attending to clients walking into our store and assisting in sales
- Developing B2B Sales vertical
- Candidates with prior experience working in a luxury fashion workplace will be preferred
Timings:
- Monday to Friday with alternate Saturdays working
- Time: 10AM-7PM
- Timings are non negotiable
- This is not a work from home role
