Accordible is looking for a proactive and target-driven Lead Generation Specialist – B2B to support our sales team by generating and qualifying high-quality business leads.

The role is focused on cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, database research, lead qualification, CRM updates, and meeting scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate B2B leads through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, databases, and inbound enquiries.
- Identify decision-makers from Facility, Engineering, Admin, Purchase, Operations, and Management teams.
- Qualify leads based on requirement, budget, timeline, and intent.
- Classify leads as Hot / Warm / Cold.
- Schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate CRM / Airtable records and daily activity logs.





Ideal Candidate:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B lead generation, inside sales, tele-calling, or business development support.
- Strong communication and objection-handling skills.
- Comfortable with daily calling targets and performance tracking.
- Experience in Facility Management, HVAC, MEP, Engineering Services, Housekeeping, Manpower, Cleaning Services, Pest Control, or B2B services will be preferred.
