Position: Business Development Manager
Location: Delhi/NCR
CTC: ₹3.5–5.5 LPA + incentives
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound & outbound patient calls.
- Guide patients and caregivers about our services.
- Build robust relationships and ensure continuous follow-ups.
- Drive service adoption while maintaining a patient-first approach.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales (Healthcare preferred).
- Should be graduated.'
- Strong communication & conversion skills.
- Empathy and emotional intelligence, especially while handling cancer patients.
- Target-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Can speak fluent English mandatorily.
