Key Responsibilities:

- Maintenance Planning & Execution: Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans for plant machinery and equipment.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, engineers, and support staff to ensure effective execution of maintenance activities.
- Equipment Reliability: Optimize the performance and reliability of plant equipment, reducing unplanned downtime and extending asset lifespan.
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Lead investigations into equipment failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive measures.
- Shutdown Management: Plan and coordinate plant shutdowns, ensuring minimal disruption to production while performing necessary repairs and upgrades.
- Budget Management: Prepare and manage the maintenance budget, optimizing costs without compromising on safety or quality.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations, environmental standards, and industry best practices.




- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements in maintenance operations.
- Vendor & Spare Parts Management: Oversee the procurement of spare parts and management of vendors to support maintenance activities.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Proven experience in maintenance management within the transformer manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of plant machinery, electrical systems, and industrial equipment used in transformer production.
- Expertise in preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
- Robust leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
