Eligibility
- ✅ Minimum 1 year of International Voice Process (BPO) experience – Mandatory
- ✅ Graduation is Mandatory
- ✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- ✅ Comfortable working with US & Australian customers
- ✅ Willing to work in Rotational Shifts (including Night Shifts)
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls and chat interactions professionally.
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience while maintaining quality standards.
- Document customer interactions accurately in CRM systems.
- Meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction metrics.
Work Schedule
- ️ 5-Day Work Week
- 2 Rotational Week Offs
- Rotational Shifts (including Night Shifts)
