Position: Accounts Executive

Department: Finance & Accounts

Location: Thiruverkadu

Reporting To: Accounts Executive / Finance Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for an Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and support statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounting & Bookkeeping

- Maintain daily accounts including journal entries and ledger postings.
- Handle accounts payable and receivables.
- Process vendor invoices, payments, and follow-ups.
- Prepare bank reconciliation statements.

2. Taxation & Compliance

- Support GST, TDS preparation, and filing.
- Maintain documentation for audits and compliance.
- Coordinate with auditors during internal/external audits.

3. Financial Reporting

- Prepare monthly MIS reports and expense statements.




- Assist in budgeting and forecasting.
- Support month-end and year-end closing.

4. Payroll & Billing (If applicable)

- Assist in payroll input processing.
- Prepare customer invoices and follow up for payments.

5. Software Usage

- Work with Tally / ERP / SAP / QuickBooks.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Finance / Accounting.
- 1–3 years experience in accounting.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and general accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Tally/ERP and Excel.
- Positive communication and organisational skills.
