Role Description This is a full-time, in office Business Development Executive role based in Ibri. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build a strong pipeline of prospective clients, and support the expansion of Talentigence™ services in the region. The role involves managing client accounts,



maintaining long-term relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure service quality and client satisfaction. The Business Development Executive will also track market trends, prepare business proposals, and contribute to revenue growth targets.
Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to drive growth and identify new client opportunities.
Candidates should possess skills in Business understanding and Account Management to support client relationships and service delivery.
Experience in sales, business development, or recruitment services, preferably within HR or professional services sectors.
Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office, and basic business analytics to track leads and performance.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Fluency in English; knowledge of regional languages is an advantage.
