You will play a key role in supporting the sales process by communicating with Australian customers, coordinating follow-ups, maintaining CRM records, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Communicate with Australian customers and prospects through outbound calls.
Coordinate sales activities and ensure timely follow-ups with customers.
Maintain regular communication via phone and email to nurture customer relationships.
Update and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
Track leads, follow-up schedules,



and sales pipeline activities.
Prepare and maintain sales-related reports and documentation.
Support the sales team in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.

Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Professional telephone etiquette and active listening skills.
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and CRM systems.
Willingness to work from the office.
