## The opportunity

As a Drone Pilot & Trainer, you will combine practical UAV operations with hands-on training. You’ll fly small- and medium-category UAVs in real-world conditions, plan and execute missions, and develop capable, safety-conscious drone operators through structured training.

This is an ideal role for someone who wants their flying expertise to have direct, visible impact.

## What you’ll do

### Fly and manage UAV operations

- Operate small- to medium-range multirotor UAVs across varied field environments.

- Conduct pre-flight checks, mission planning, flight execution, and post-flight analysis.

- Respond calmly and effectively to live challenges such as wind, signal interruptions, and emergency situations.

- Maintain high standards of flight safety, operational discipline, and regulatory compliance.





### Train and mentor drone operators

- Deliver practical drone training for students, clients, and internal teams—from foundation to advanced levels.

- Teach safe flight practices, mission planning, UAV handling, and real-world operational techniques.

- Assess trainee performance and provide clear, constructive feedback.

- Lead engaging workshops and field-based training sessions.

### Build training systems and documentation

- Create training manuals, SOPs, instructional guides, and structured learning modules.

- Develop step-by-step material for drone operation, maintenance, safety, and mission readiness.

- Maintain accurate flight logs, incident reports, and compliance documentation.

### Plan meaningful missions

- Plan and execute missions for surveillance, inspection, mapping, and training exercises.

- Use mission-planning tools to define waypoints, optimize routes, and support reliable mission delivery.

## What you bring

- 4–6+ years of substantial, hands-on drone flying experience.

-Certified DGCA Instructor Certificate

- Robust experience operating multirotor, Fixed Wing UAVs in real-world conditions—not only simulations.

- Proven ability to train,



mentor, or conduct workshops for drone operators.

- Solid understanding of UAV flight behavior, controls, mission planning, and safety procedures.

- Experience with practical deployments such as inspection, surveillance, mapping, or similar applications.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to make technical concepts simple and actionable.

- A composed, detail-oriented approach, especially during live flight operations.

## Nice to have

- Experience with Medium & Large custom UAVs, or multiple drone platforms.

- Familiarity with Mission Planner or comparable mission-planning software.

- Basic UAV troubleshooting and maintenance skills.

- Exposure to industrial, security, or defense drone applications.
