We are looking for an experienced Senior Operations Manager – Admissions to lead student enrolment operations, drive lead-to-admission conversion, and manage a high-performing admissions team.

Responsibilities

- Engage prospective students to advise on courses, eligibility criteria, fee structures, and career progression pathways.
- Manage the enquiry-to-enrolment pipeline, following up systematically to convert qualified leads into confirmed admissions.
- Design and implement strategies to boost admission targets and enrolment growth.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the admissions team, including lead allocation, performance monitoring, and target setting.
- Oversee the complete student onboarding process — documentation, eligibility verification, fee collection, and joining formalities.




- Maintain accurate CRM records for enquiries and admissions; generate regular performance and MIS reports.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, academic, and accounts teams to ensure a seamless admissions experience.
- Uphold ethical counselling standards, ensuring students receive accurate information without unsupported commitments.

Requirements

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management, or related field.
- 8–10 years of experience in admissions management, student counselling, business development, or operations.
- Strong communication, negotiation, conversion, and team leadership skills.
- Prior experience in the education/training sector highly preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

Timing

Monday to Friday – 9 am to 6 pm

Saturday – 9 am to 5 pm
