We're looking for an experienced knitting qualified to lead the installation, commissioning, and production of our new Karl Mayer raschel knitting machine for shade net manufacturing.

What you'll do:

✅ Lead installation & commissioning of the Karl Mayer shade net knitting machine at our Hosur facility

✅ Set machine parameters and optimize knitting performance

✅ Monitor fabric quality, machine efficiency, and process stability

✅ Troubleshoot machine and process issues independently

✅ Train operators and shop-floor technicians

✅ Manage production records, downtime analysis, and quality documentation

What we're looking for:

? Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience

? Diploma/Degree in Textile Technology or Textile Engineering (preferred)





? Strong hands-on experience with raschel/warp knitting machines — mandatory

? Experience in shade net, technical textiles, or agro-textile manufacturing preferred

? Exposure to Karl Mayer or equivalent high-speed raschel technology is a big plus
