Job Title: Junior Video Animator/Editor
Location: Andheri, Mumbai | Full-Time | In-Office
Experience: 0 to 1.5 years (around a year is ideal)

Cur8e Media is a boutique creative agency working across brand content, campaigns, and events. We're a small, focused team that cares deeply about the quality of what we put out. We're looking for a junior motion designer early in their journey who has good instinct, solid After Effects fundamentals, and real hunger to get better.

This is an office-first role and a genuine training ground. You won't be thrown into client fire on day one. You'll start on our own projects, Rohdiem, Cur8e brand content, and The Underdog Files, then grow into client work as your craft sharpens.

What You'll Do
- Create motion content across our brand projects first: Rohdiem, Cur8e updates, The Underdog Files
- Move into digital campaigns, event content, and client projects as you grow
- Edit, animate, and build motion graphics that look clean and considered
- Contribute ideas, not just execution. We want a point of view, even a rough one
- Handle post-production basics end to end: editing, motion, easy sound design, colour, delivery

Who You Are
- 0 to 1.5 years of experience. Around a year is ideal,



and strong freshers with a good reel are welcome
- Proficient in Adobe After Effects. This is the one skill we won't compromise on. Most other things can be taught
- Working knowledge of Premiere Pro. Photoshop and Illustrator are a plus
- Comfortable creating motion content for social, and curious about what makes work stop the scroll
- Open to AI-assisted tools (Veo, Higgsfield, Flow, or similar). We use them and you'll learn them here
- You take direction well, but you bring taste of your own
- Hungry to grow. You treat feedback as fuel, not criticism
