Key Responsibilities

? Lead Generation & Prospecting

Proactively generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn networking, and other channels.

Identify new business opportunities and build a strong and sustainable sales pipeline.

? Client Engagement

Understand client business requirements and position NexionPro’s cloud offerings accordingly.

Conduct discovery calls and present tailored cloud solutions to potential clients.

? Sales Process Management

Manage the end-to-end sales cycle including prospecting, meetings, negotiations, and deal closure.

Schedule and coordinate client meetings, product demonstrations, and technical discussions.

? CRM & Pipeline Management

Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system.

Track and manage pipeline performance to meet revenue targets.

? Customer Relationship Management

Build solid relationships with prospects and existing clients.

Ensure timely follow-ups and deliver excellent customer experience.

? Market Awareness





Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in cloud technologies including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

? Cross-Team Collaboration

Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to design solutions aligned with client requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

✔ Experience: 0-1 years of experience in IT or Cloud Sales (preferably AWS).

✔ Sales Expertise: Proven experience managing the complete sales cycle including cold calling, lead generation, client meetings, and deal closures.

✔ Cloud Knowledge: Good understanding of cloud computing concepts and AWS services (knowledge of Azure or GCP is an added advantage).

✔ Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication with strong presentation and negotiation abilities.

✔ CRM Tools: Experience working with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools.

✔ Personality Traits: Highly motivated, self-driven, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
