Role Purpose
The Learning Partner – Technical Capability & Workforce Transformation serves as a strategic advisor to the business, driving future-ready technical capabilities across MBRDI. Partnering with engineering leaders, HRBPs,



technical experts, academia, and industry partners, the role identifies emerging skill needs, leads upskilling and reskilling initiatives, and delivers scalable capability solutions in areas such as AI, digital engineering, and next-generation automotive technologies, aligned to future business and technology roadmaps.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Business Partnership
· Serve as the primary Technical Learning Partner, building trusted relationships with leaders and stakeholders across the organization.
· Consult with business leaders to understand strategic priorities, capability gaps, workforce challenges, and future skill requirements.
· Translate business and technology strategies into scalable learning and capability-building interventions.
· Collaborate with HRBPs and leadership teams to define and execute technical workforce transformation roadmaps.
