Lead DMU packaging reviews, Concerns resolution, Preparation of DMU reports & Sign off.5. Support in Validation concerns tracking and resolution along with CFT6. Support in Service concerns tracking and resolution along with CFT7. Support in Plant concerns tracking and resolution along with CFT8. Vehicle packaging and DMU sign off considering existing homologation requirements and future upcoming regulations.9. Ensure EN / PR release, EBOM, Installation drg release through PLM and track and coordinate other aggregate releases10. Participate in vehicle benchmarking,

EBOM/ MBOM/ SAP BOM/ ADD DELETE expert3. Change scope definition preparation, Concept BOM generation4. Knowledge of Frame design and Key design principles of other aggregates5. Knowledge on manufacturing processes, plant assembly layouts6. Knowledge of SAM process7. DMU (Digital Mock Up), 3D modelling, Assembly, Drafting (vehicle layouts) 8. Hands on Experience on Catia, Team center PLM & Teamcenter Visualization9. Exposure to existing and future Homologation requirements of Commercial/ SUV Vehicles CAE, Testing & Validation10. Hand on experience on coordination with overall product development team including all aggregates, attributes, design, and verification/validation11. Knowledge of product complexity/modularity management, manufacturing methods12. Knowledge of MPDS, APQP, DFMEA, DFA
