Job Title: Project Engineer MEP – Highrise Building
Entity: Bureau Veritas India Pvt Ltd (BVIL)

Reports to (job): Manager – B&I; – Bangalore
Ø Purpose of Position




The job incumbent is responsible for performing of MEP Works and to provide project management services and inspection of the residential, commercial, Industrial projects, equipment, products, installations, materials to determine their conformity with specified requirements (BV rules, International Instruments, National Regulations, etc). Carries out tasks independently, with leading the team, and these may be on well identified or isolated assets. Major Responsibilities Project Management services of MEP of Civil/IND Projects on a continuous basis, as per Structures, Design. Adherence to Codes and Standards (Knowledge of Codes and Standards). Review of QAP & Quality Manual. Inspection of Interior works. Testing of MEP equipment like; HT,MV,LT, Lifts, DG set, Transformer, Panels (HT<) and overall electrical work. Inspection of LT work along with the security system Integration like fire alarm detection (FAD) and access control system.
