About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned leader to join as Director – Credit Risk Analytics, Policy & Solutioning to lead the design, development, and management of embedded finance credit products.
This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for building scalable credit policies, risk frameworks, and data-driven lending solutions for ecosystem partners. You will work closely with Product,



Business, Data Science, Risk, Engineering, and external partners to develop innovative unsecured lending solutions that balance customer experience, portfolio quality, and business profitability.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in unsecured lending, credit analytics, policy management, and portfolio strategy, along with the ability to solve complex business problems using data and first-principles thinking.

Key Responsibilities
Credit Policy & Strategy
- Lead the end-to-end design and management of credit policies for Embedded Finance products.
- Develop scalable underwriting frameworks across consumer and MSME lending portfolios.
- Continuously optimize credit strategies using portfolio insights, risk analytics, and customer behavior.

Credit Analytics & Decisioning
- Leverage advanced analytics to enhance underwriting, pricing, segmentation, and portfolio management.
