We are seeking a Technical Sales & Customer Support Engineer to support international customers through technical assistance, customer coordination, quotation support, and project documentation. Job Responsibilities : Respond to customer enquiries and provide timely support. Assist customers with product selection and technical queries. Coordinate customer requirements with internal teams and suppliers. Support consultants, contractors, distributors, and end users. Prepare quotations and follow up on customer requests and project submissions. Assist in preparing technical documentation, compliance documents, and product comparisons. Maintain product datasheets, catalogues, certificates, and installation guides.



Organize and update product documentation and technical libraries. Support website and catalogue content updates. Maintain CRM records and project documentation. Coordinate project information between customers and internal teams. Build and maintain qualified relationships with international customers.
