Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd Responsibilities & Key Deliverables As an Assistant Manager - Tractor Assembly, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations across multiple shifts in a large manufacturing facility dedicated to tractor assembly. Your key deliverables include ensuring that production schedules are consistently met while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and environmental compliance. You will lead and manage a dynamic operations team, driving initiatives related to Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) to optimize operational efficiency and minimize downtime.Your role involves close monitoring of performance metrics and implementing strategies to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance overall manufacturing output. You will also coordinate workforce planning, including staffing and development, to build a motivated and skilled team. Performance management programs will be under your guidance to support continuous improvement.Collaboration is critical as you maintain strong working relationships with business units, sales teams,



and engineering departments to align operational activities with broader organisational goals and to facilitate seamless communication across functions.
