Main Purpose of Job:
To develop, lead, and mature the UX/UI discipline within ISS.
The UI/UX Lead will define the overarching user experience strategy across a complex operational and customer facing product ecosystem. This role acts as a passionate advocate for user-centric design, partnering closely with Product Management to create simple, high-leverage solutions to complex problems.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Strategic Vision & Product Advocacy
Develop and execute a clear vision for the function of UX & UI within the Product organization, acting as a passionate advocate of design methods for the rest of the business. Support and enable a research-driven, customer-centric way of working moving beyond assumptions to observe real-world operational realities. Partner seamlessly with Product Managers at a strategic level to align UX strategy with business objectives and product roadmaps.
