Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Property Management SME with robust functional expertise in commercial real estate and Oracle-based property management solutions.
The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to implement and support end-to-end property management processes, including lease administration, tenant billing, revenue management, and integrations with Oracle Fusion ERP.
The ideal candidate should possess deep domain knowledge in property management operations and hands-on experience implementing Oracle Property Management solutions or similar real estate management platforms integrated with Oracle Fusion Financials.
Key Responsibilities
Lead business process workshops and gather requirements for Property Management.
Design and configure property management solutions covering:



Property and Unit Management Lease Administration (Commercial & Residential) Tenant Management Lease Billing and Rent Escalations Service Charges and CAM Recoveries Security Deposits Lease Renewals, Amendments, and Terminations Property Sales and Reservation Processes Revenue Recognition Broker Commission Management Post-Dated Cheque (PDC) Management Collections and Receivables
Define integration requirements between Property Management and Oracle Fusion modules: General Ledger Accounts Receivable Accounts Payable Fixed Assets Cash Management Projects (where applicable)
Work with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) team for interface design and testing. Support data migration activities including property, lease, customer, and financial master data.
Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDD), configuration workbooks, and test scripts. Lead Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production support.
