Responsibilities
MaxLinear is seeking a Systems Integration and Test Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will focus on:
Verification of cutting-edge products like multi-gigabit WiFi-6/6E/7 and WiFi Mesh systems Develop, modify and execute WiFi test plans Wi-Fi Feature test development “End-to-End” responsibility which includes write test cases and procedures, documenting test results/logs to assist debugging, analyzing test results to ensure correct functionality, investigating root cause of test failures, automating WiFi test plans with high performance and reliability through cutting-edge solutions that enable thorough verification of WiFi features
Qualifications




Significant hands-on experience in WiFi test and validation Experience with various test tools such as traffic generators, automation front ends, test results management Experience in handing WiFi 3rd party test solution like Veriwave, Octoscope etc Python / TCL / Perl / Shell programming experience in creating Automation test suites Knowledge of wireless networking technology, 802.11 WFA certification process, 802.11 mesh networks Knowledge of 802.11b/g/n/a/ac/ax/be/6GHz standards, including WPA2/3 security protocols BS in Electrical Engineering, Electronics or Computer Science + 2 years of experience, or MS + 1 years of experience.
