Job Description
Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company policies. Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues. Develop and implement compliance training programs for internal teams. Collaborate with various departments to ensure legal and regulatory adherence. Maintain and update compliance documentation and records.



Address and resolve compliance-related queries and concerns. Liaise with external regulatory bodies when required. Provide guidance on legal and compliance matters to senior management.
The Successful Applicant
A successful SD Compliance professional should have:
A degree in law, business administration, or a related field. In-depth knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements. Robust analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and documentation abilities. Experience in the business services or telemarketing industry is advantageous. Familiarity with compliance tools and software is preferred.
