Job Details
- Job Title - Scrum master (Immediate Joiner )
- Duration & Type of Employment - Full Time Permanent , 2.5+yrs Experience required

Requirements
- Using agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions.
- Training, mentoring, and supporting scrum teams to follow agile values, principles, and practices.
- Determining and managing tasks, issues, risks, and action items.
- Scheduling and facilitating scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes.
- Monitoring progress and performance and helping teams to make improvements.




- Planning and organizing demos and product/system testing.
- Tracking project processes, deliverables, and financials.
- Preparing and presenting status reports to stakeholders.
- Compliance Support – Ensuring agile practices align with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
- Cross-Team Coordination – Collaborating with other Scrum Masters and teams to manage dependencies and align deliverables.
- Backlog Support – Assisting Product Owners in backlog grooming, prioritization, and user story clarity.
- Capacity Planning – Supporting teams in understanding capacity and planning sprints effectively.

Scrum Master Eligibility:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field preferred.
- Certified scrum master.
- Solid communication and presentation skills are preferred
- 2.5+ years of experience as a scrum master or in a similar senior role (Good to have).
