Job Description:
Technical Skills: The candidate should have robust proficiency and hands-on experience in:
- Looking for candidates with strong payroll and accounting knowledge.
- Microsoft Excel
- Payroll processing and accounting operations
- End-to-end India payroll process
- Statutory compliance, including Income Tax, Provident Fund, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, and ESI
- Regulatory and compliance requirements
- Audit coordination and support
Other Details:
- Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / ICWA Inter / MBA
- Experience: 6+ years of relevant experience
