The Technical Delivery Manager will serve as the operational bridge between onshore stakeholders and the offshore engineering team — managing delivery schedules, team productivity, and project execution. This role is also responsible for enabling AI adoption within their team, ensuring engineers effectively use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery and improve code quality.
This is a hands-on delivery management role focused on execution, team productivity, and operational excellence.
Require
- 12+ years of experience in software delivery management, engineering project management, or similar role
- 3+ years of experience managing offshore or distributed engineering team
- Hands-on experience managing agile teams of 15+ engineer
- Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor) and helping team members adopt the
- Robust knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Azure DevOp
- Experience with sprint planning, capacity management, and status reportin
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work across time zones with onshore team
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related fiel
Preferr
- Experience in healthcare technology, health insurance, or payer-side
- IT Familiarity with claims administration platforms such as TriZetto® Facets® or QNX
- Exposure to SaaS product delivery and cloud-based architectur
