Subject Matter Expert (Wind Yield & GIS)

Experience - 9-15 Years

- Strong domain knowledge in wind meteorology, wind flow modeling including wake effects, Energy yield assessment and uncertainty analysis.
- Experience with onshore and offshore wind projects.
- Positive understanding of wind project development workflows.
- Experience with large geospatial datasets, raster and vector data analysis, geographic coordinate systems and projections.
- Experience supporting wind portfolio or pre-feasibility screening. Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and tool skills such as WAsP, WindPRO, OpenWind
- Provide expert guidance on wind resource assessment (WRA) methodologies and best practices.
- Analyze and interpret

(a) Met mast and LiDAR data

(b) Long-term wind climate datasets (reanalysis, mesoscale)

(c) Energy yield assessments (AEP, P50/P90)

(d) Uncertainty and loss assessments

(e) Ensure compliance with IEC, MEASNET, and industry standards
