Role / Qualification

The role requires a professional with strong technical and operational expertise in EMC and RF/Wireless testing within the TIC industry.

- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics / ECE / EEE
- 12 to 14+ years of experience in Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC), specifically in EMC and Wireless domains
- In-depth knowledge of EMC standards (CISPR, IEC 61000) and Wireless technologies (RF, OTA, SAR)
- Strong understanding of accreditation requirements including ISO/IEC 17025, NABL, A2LA, TEC, BIS, IAS
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process-oriented mindset

Core Activity within Our Company

Will be responsible for end-to-end laboratory operations management, ensuring efficient utilization, quality compliance, and customer-centric delivery.

- Oversee EMC and RF/Wireless laboratory operations
- Drive on-time test execution and reporting (Turnaround Time adherence)
- Own laboratory revenue, profitability, and cost optimization
- Support business teams in project execution and delivery
- Ensure proper laboratory maintenance and operational readiness

Area of Deployment

The role is deployed within the EMC and RF/Wireless testing laboratories, working closely with cross-functional teams including quality, business development, and technical specialists.

A. Laboratory Operations and Utilization





- Manage daily lab operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Optimize capacity utilization and minimize operational costs
- Align lab schedules with project timelines and business priorities

B. Quality & Accreditation

- Ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 and other applicable accreditations (NABL, A2LA, TEC, BIS, IAS)
- Lead internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of non-conformities
- Maintain quality systems, procedures, and documentation

C. Technical Leadership

- Provide guidance on EMC and Wireless standards implementation and updates
- Ensure competency development and certification of technical teams
- Review and approve test plans, methods, and reports

D. Team Management

- Lead and mentor lab managers, engineers, and technical staff
- Drive performance management, training, and skill enhancement initiatives
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

E. Customer Delivery

- Ensure timely execution of projects with high-quality deliverables
- Manage customer expectations and handle escalations effectively
- Implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure project success

F. Capex & Expansion

- Plan and execute laboratory expansion and infrastructure upgrades
- Support introduction of recent testing services and capabilities
