Role Summary:
Responsible for planning, budgeting, execution, installation, commissioning, and management of utility and infrastructure projects including solid fuel boilers, coal & ash handling systems, cooling towers, thermopacs, chillers, water systems, and related utilities. The role ensures timely project completion within budget while maintaining quality, safety, statutory compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute utility and infrastructure projects from planning to commissioning.
- Manage project budgets, costing, schedules, resources, and risk assessments.
- Oversee installation and commissioning of piping, equipment, and utility systems as per P&ID; drawings.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, consultants, and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with IBR requirements, Pollution Control Board regulations, and Factory Act provisions.




- Review technical specifications, vendor drawings, and engineering standards.
- Drive process improvements through SOP updates and Management of Change (MOC) practices.
- Optimize plant and utility performance to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
- Monitor project progress, control costs, and ensure timely completion within scope.
- Manage permits, subcontractors, and project documentation.
