Role Description The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in selling industrial-grade Back up & UPS solutions including Diesel Rotary UPS (DRUPS), Dynamic UPS, and Static UPS to large industries across diverse sectors. This is a high-impact role for a passionate sales professional ready to drive strategic business growth, manage key client relationships, and promote advanced power solutions that ensure critical system uptime in the Industry.

Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end sales processes for UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) solutions across large industrial clients.
Focused on experience in selling Diesel Rotary UPS (DRUPS), Dynamic UPS, and Static UPS systems.
Identify new business opportunities and manage existing client relationships to drive revenue growth.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve organizational goals.
Conduct technical discussions and solution presentations for clients, ensuring complete understanding of UPS solutions.
Coordinate with internal technical teams and external partners for project proposals and execution.
Regular client visits and industrial site surveys to understand and propose customized solutions.
Provide timely market intelligence, competition tracking, and feedback to leadership teams.
Manage sales forecasting, pipeline management, and achieve defined KPIs.

Robust technical understanding of UPS systems (both static and dynamic).
Excellent negotiation, client management, and communication skills.
Strong commercial acumen and solution-selling approach.
Ability to work independently and manage large-scale sales cycles.
