We’re looking for an experienced design professional to lead product design across our Dhan and trading platforms, create intuitive user experiences, and drive design quality across complex digital products.

Product & Design Execution
Own and design complex, high-impact product experiences across trading, investing, portfolio management journeys.
Translate ambiguous user, product, and business challenges into intuitive and scalable design solutions.
Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality experiences across web and mobile platforms.
Design Leadership
Set a high bar for design quality through hands-on execution, reviews, and mentorship.
Guide and support designers to ensure consistency, clarity, and excellence in design outcomes.
Champion design thinking and user-centric decision-making across teams.
Design Systems & Consistency
Define and evolve the design system to enable consistency and scalability across products.
Establish and maintain UX patterns, interaction models, and visual standards.
Drive user research, usability testing,



and customer feedback initiatives.
Translate user insights and product data into meaningful product improvements.
Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Business teams to shape product experiences.
Balance user needs, business goals, technical feasibility, and regulatory requirements.
Design Quality & Ownership
Own end-to-end design quality, including design reviews and design QA.
Ensure shipped experiences meet high standards of usability, accessibility, and craftsmanship.

10-15 years of experience in Product Design / UX / Interaction Design
~ Strong capability to solve complex product and UX problems.
~ Experience managing or mentoring designers, while remaining hands-on.
~ Proven track record of designing and shipping end-to-end product experiences.
~ Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design across consumer-facing digital products.
~ Ability to operate in ambiguity and move fast without compromising quality.
~ Excellent communication skills- can articulate design decisions clearly across teams.
~ Prior experience in early-stage or fast-scaling startups.
