We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Newspaper Designer to join our Hindi daily, Nava Bharat. Started in 1934, Nava Bharat is Central India's premier Hindi Newspaper. Operating a total of six editions at Bhopal. Indore, Jabalpur, Gwalior, Chhindwara, and Satna.

Key Responsibilities
Design and layout daily newspaper pages in Hindi, ensuring visual appeal and readability
Collaborate with editorial teams to translate content into engaging layouts
Create infographics, and visual elements to enhance news presentation
Maintain consistency in typography, grid systems, and overall visual identity
Handle breaking news layouts under tight deadlines

Requirements




1-5 years of experience as a designer (preferably in publications)
Proficiency in QuarkExpress, Indesign, Photoshop and Adobe creative suite
Knowledge of infographic design and data visualization
Solid understanding of Hindi & English typography and layout conventions
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Attention to detail and strong visual sense
